About ME
I'm Jaye Mason, proprietor and founder of Jay Accounting Services Ltd.
I grew up in the small business world, helping out in my father’s business from an early age. It taught me the value and importance of small businesses, and just how much courage and perseverance it takes to make them succeed.
Since then I've trained in accountancy and business coaching, worked in the corporate world (Aerospace industry) and in practice, as well as setting up several businesses along the way, before ultimately setting up my own accounting practice.
Because I had seen how often smaller businesses and sole traders didn't get the personal attention and service their businesses really needed, I knew I wanted to specialise in just those clients and in providing them the kind of personal, top notch service that in many other practices only larger businesses get.
I’ve never been the kind of accountant who only crunches numbers! And working with a wide range of businesses, I realised their needs went beyond the balance sheet (vital as that was!) This led me directly to my other passion, coaching and consulting, and I trained with Tricres, the global coaching consultancy, qualifying as a Business Consultant and Coach so I could offer my clients these services too.
I'm passionate about small businesses and the courageous and inspired leaders who run them. My vision is for every current and aspiring entrepreneur to have their dream business. Today I'm thrilled to be in a position where I can use my many years of professional experience to help my clients achieve the best possible results for their businesses and themselves.
